This Buffalo, NY print bandana/head scarf can be worn by as a head scarf or a neckerchief. It is triangle-shaped and measures approximately 29.5" on the long edge and 22" on the short sides (the same as a traditional bandanna folded into a triangle). It's perfect for a neckerchief, a headscarf, or a pet bandana to show your Buffalove!
This bandana can be made in a full size square bandana for an additional charge.
This bandana is made to order by Shree Tamang, a Nepali refugee who has lived in Buffalo, NY since 2014. Shree has a job in downtown Buffalo sewing professionally, and sewing is his passion! He is a joyful guy, and really looks forward to coming to SewREDI Buffalo to sew and create new products! SewREDI Buffalo teaches refugees sewing skills, gets them sewing machines, and helps them learn economic empowerment.
This fabric was designed by Buffalo-based designer and is printed on 100% cotton fabric using eco-friendly pigments and dyes with little waste.
100% of the profits from your purchase will go directly to Shree. SewREDI provides all the materials for his project, which allows Shree the freedom to make as many items for sale as he can! SewREDI is staffed entirely by volunteers, which allows refugees like Shree to charge a living wage for their craft with almost no overhead.
